Pros

A great group of people who are like a second family. Everyone works and supports each other, a really great friendly environment. Good rates of pay and all product is available at excellent prices. A book lovers Aladdins cave. Great Super scheme.

Cons

Not a lot of chances for promotion due to longevity of staff in roles. No bonuses except for sales reps.

Pros

A very organised and efficient company. From the start, there was a clear idea of the roles one was expected to fulfill. Everyone was helpful and encouraging.

Cons

Unpaid intern role. A lot of tasks to be done, fine to manage is one is able to prioritize. Fast-paced work culture can seem intimidating.

Pros

good work conditions, acceptable salaries, international relevance. a healthy work-life balance is maybe not guaranteed, but achievable.

Cons

little attention to the employee's potential for growth and change. not much mobility within the companies' departments, reacting too slow to the industries' changes
