Pros

Generous PTO package, quick interview hiring process, room for growth, annual pay raises, multiple bonuses

Cons

Decent pay but not amazing-offset by generous PTO and bonuses. 25 minute lunch break, 15 minute mid shift break- only allowed breaks, attendance policy is weird- using accrued sick time still pings against you in their attendance records which really means don't call in sick- even if you have 100 hours of sick leave.

Pros

Access to free books; name recognition goes a long way. There’s a certain transparency due to the corporate structure. Lots of vacation days, benefits are good. If you’re on a good team, things can feel fun and people can become your friends

Cons

Pay is low, advancement is difficult to navigate. Lots of restructuring and shifting going on currently.
