      Pros

      Best place I have ever worked. Employees are truly happy to be here. It is a very employee-focused company that gives great recognition and awards to its associates. My boss makes me feel valued and that I'm an important contributor. There is a great sense of inclusion.

      Cons

      It's a big company with lots to learn, from navigating the building to learning all the acronyms and roles of each department.

      Fantastic culture. Small company feel with the benefits of a larger company. They've upgraded benefits and vacation time to bring up to speed with competitors.

      Cons

      Cliquey at times. Too focused on the bigger picture and not enough on employee development. It's next to impossible to move up in certain departments.
