      Pros

      Fully remote, some remaining good talent who believe in the company and culture, fair work/home life balance under most leadership.

      Cons

      Toxic individuals in management have the blind support of executives, no one wants to be accountable for anything, many talented long-time employees are leaving with no support or proper training for the staff left to take over their work, Compliance/Legal Departments do not partner with the business and provide no guidance or support. The culture is on a rapid decline.

      IT largely ignored by business and thus crazy long work days with little or no respect from business or management. Constantly conflicting priorities consistently puts employees at odds with each other.
