Pros

It is a fairly small company, and the feeling at the HQ was very friendly. They worked at making employees feel appreciated. They were open to being more progressive in processes. Decent cafeteria.

Cons

They provided too much candy and other sweets, which was not good for employees' health. Other than that, many more positives than negatives.

The products that we sell are really top notch. The company is highly rated and really overall top notch. If someone is seasoned in the business I would recommend them.

Cons

Is someone is just getting started in insurance the company's training leaves what to be desired. The brokers they team up with can vary in quality.

Moderate size allows for agility in establishing goals and executing change. Two competitive product lines constantly updated. Talented staff genuinely cares about clients. Excited about sponsorship of Collegiate Rugby!

For out of town commuters company is located close to PA turnpike's Willow Grove exit
