      Pros

      Great company to work for. Culture is second to none and all employees have the ability to work wherever they prefer. Working from home is a valuable, wonderful option. They offer a very comprehensive and generous time off program and benefits package.

      Fully remote, some remaining good talent who believe in the company and culture, fair work/home life balance under most leadership.

      Cons

      Toxic individuals in management have the blind support of executives, no one wants to be accountable for anything, many talented long-time employees are leaving with no support or proper training for the staff left to take over their work, Compliance/Legal Departments do not partner with the business and provide no guidance or support. The culture is on a rapid decline.
