      - good company to work at - people are very nice - competitive salary + bonus - good vacation package - relaxed environment with work from home options

      Cons

      - going through tough times in terms of sales - bad medical benefits (high-deductible) - a lot of routine work, unless you are on major initiative - going through environment and cultural change - could become a bad place to work at, unless changes are done globally
