Pros

Company provides great benefits and flexibility. They truly care about their employees. Co-workers here are also great people. Willing to help with anything and genuinely care about each other.

Cons

While this is all preferential and about what you prefer, the culture is very "PC". This personally was not for me, but should not detract from amount this company truly invests in its employees. All just personal preference.
