      Pros

      Long term stable employer that does not seem like it will be merging with anyone or being bought out by a larger company

      Cons

      They are supposed to have a structured 6-8 week training period. It is not very structured. There is no stability to the training program. There are several operating systems that you have to deal with for each call that are not exactly user friendly.

      Work life balance Employee perks and little niceties they offer

      Cons

      Inconsistent management. Had a great manager and then a terrible one. Reported to an engaged executive with clear direction and one that was the opposite. Limited top end opportunity as higher positions filled mostly by outside hires. Promote values but not all leaders abide to them.
