      The organization gives back to the local community.

      Cons

      Penn Mutual is inconsistent with its own values. The values are written clear on paper but not in the way they are carried out by the most senior executive team members.

      Not the best place to work

      Pros

      Some co-workers are great.

      Cons

      Almost everything- the company is still in the old ages particularly the field staff is still operating as the old “boys” club. Some field office don’t even hire women in either internal and external sales positions yet the company markets as being a great job for women.

      Same Old Same Old

      Pros

      Claimed that they are different and have many marketing opportunities , seminars etc. Then they asked you to make a list of friends and family, which is a big red flag for zero marketing system.

      Everything I experienced. Nothing Positive
