Pros

People who truly care about their work. Enjoyed a good work/life balance, to my desires. Treated me well during some difficult times, largely due to good leadership, at the time.

Cons

The exit and ending overshadows greatly the enjoyment of the purpose of the accomplishments. The company operates in as cold-hearted business sense as any other. I expected more based on the corporate values it promotes.
