Excellent place to get your foot in the door of the insurance industry. Most of the employees here are very dedicated to the continued success of the company. Compassionate HR staff!

Cons

Lack of cross-training. Rampant favoritism among managers in Life and Annuity Services. Difficult to obtain promotions if not perceived by higher ups in the right way. Poor health benefits.
