      Job both challenges me and is rewarding. I love the people I have met and the growth that I have received.

      Smaller, well funded organization. Financially stable.

      Cons

      Political atmosphere, very relationship based organization. Be liked or you are sunk. Lots of misinformation around what is perceived as the truth. Some managers have high amounts of power and they abuse it. Untrained and unprofessional management. Some underhanded staffing practices.
