      Pros

      Very caring, friendly, and fun company. A lot of hard workers who like what they do and do it well. Majority of the executives and top leaders really do care their employees and policy holders and take it to heart to do the right thing. They work really hard at making everyone part of the team; not just with work but with different events...when was the last time you played mini-golf at work, or had a company picnic?

      Cons

      A lot of managers don't take their managerial responsibilities seriously or make it a priority. Especially in IT, most of the managers are busy coding or just don't take the time to manage.
