      Pros

      Strong company values and integrity. Good financial strength. At the end of the day, people join people. If you have the right training and support, you will make it in any organization.

      Cons

      You are lead to believe that they are committed to give you attention, training and support throughout your career. They lay it on thick until you sign on the dotted line. The focus then shifts to the new recruits.

      Pros

      Low to medium stress. Employees care about their clients and go 'above and beyond'.

      Cons

      Management is very secretive about their project plans/initiatives. Lots of turnover in the last 2 years. Staff was reduced by 15% to 20% with the majority being long-term employees who understood the applications/integrations/challenges. Management seems to be very willing to do more work with less staff.
