      Flexible hours, family oriented, lots of PTO

      3-4 hrs from metropolitan area, and good health care is 1.5-2

      Pros

      It is a collegial environment. Provides online access to most journals. Offices are fine and pay is OK, not great. Benefits are good but pay attention to Retirement benefits. I worked there 12 years and wouldn't have been vested in retirement savings but fortunately, I chose the pension and was fully vested in that.

      Cons

      At least in the location I worked at my facility Supervisors obstructed my ability to pursue good opportunities multiple times. They played favorites. I hope it has changed since I left as management has changed.
