      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at Penn State as a research assistant. The professors I worked with were some of the most respected academics in their field.

      Cons

      While I didn't have any major suggestions for the University, I do believe that diversity is still an area that could be focused on in recruiting.

      Pros

      As an undergraduate researcher, I was provided training directly related to my major. The student pay was excellent as well as the flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Not many cons to share. As a student, I was not directly involved with benefits, culture, work-life balance to make a fair assessment.
