Faculty always easy to get along with and very helpful. Good Benefits and easy navigation for HR logistics Area shopping and restaurants greatly improving

Great institutional support from the staff and the university. Everyone tries to help as much as possible. Sometimes there isnt enough to go around with 80,000+ students, but thats life.

Cons

Stipends have been stuck now for 5 years. Every so often we got a $50 pay raise that is usually lost to the yearly $100 increase in housing costs. The health benefits were stellar but they are being downgraded.
