Pros

The University is great at providing ample opportunities for research to coincide with work. They value time and effort and are willing to be flexible for tests and assignments.

Cons

It is a little difficult to get intot the programs offered. Typically, you have to know somebody. There aren't too many promotions available for students, either.

Pros

The culture of being in a college atmosphere - everyone is very excited to be there and knows the true reason you work there is for the love of Penn State.

Cons

While I worked as an intern, there was no salary paid - that was probably the only negative. Outside of that, it was a great experience.
