Great place to work

Pros

Flexible hours, cool people, decent pay for a lifeguard job. Supervisors really understood what it was like to work as a student and they were very accommodating of class and exams and whatnot.

Cons

Honestly not many, definitely one of the better run pools I've worked at. Seems silly to be life guarding for D1 swimmers who have a team of coaches and trainers right there, but I'd rather be bored than stressed out as a guard.

Pros

Low pressure work environment, minimal traffic, remote flexibility, fantastic health insurance

Cons

Low salaries, difficult to earn internal promotions, above-average work not reliably recognized

Pros

Good work life balance. Good benefits. Comfortable work culture. No major complaints. General salary increase most years. Stable.

Cons

Pay could be higher for software developers. Promotions are on a schedule and there's a lot of burocracy built around it so it's not negotiable to my knowledge.
