      There are no pros to working here.

      This place has an extremely high turnover rate and for that reason my suggestion is to look elsewhere and definitely do not leave your current position to come here. My background is in real estate and this is not a leasing position, it's nothing but glorified cold calling. They have no training modules or tools to train anyone. It's a very small office, no rapport, no morale and literally everyone is walking on eggshells scared to get fired. I witnessed staff members get yelled at, berated and called useless. My suggestion would be not to waste your time, you'll get more respect working in fast food then you will this supposedly professional office. Oh and the pay is horrible so look for them to sell you on opportunity and "bonuses" in the future to justify the low salary.

      Anyone who needs a "training module" is definitely not a self learner or able to grasp entrepreneurial concepts. Best of luck to you!

      THEY'LL PROMISE YOU ANYTHING. You're not getting it. Pros? Nothing that I saw at all. Oh they think A WHOLE LOT OF THEMSELVES.

      Cons

      Any offer not in cash or salary is, FICTION. Owner screams ludicrous insults. He was beyond loud and insulting. Even, after I turned down other job to join pennmark, on first day guy deserved a punch in the face after he threatened to fire me. FOR doing what I was hired to do.

      salary and no one cared if you called out sick, or came in late

      Cons

      Rude and offensive owner and management. No direction, treated like temp help and there is nothing organized or positive about the work place or business in general. I am still suffering from the aftermath of working there. Please do not apply, you will only stay a short while, and or will be let go for " speaking " out. I had to defend myself from being called "useless" and next day I was "let go" because "owner" has no patience.

      I am so sorry this individual felt this way. They were a pleasure to work with as an individual and they were always a delight to have in the office. Unfortunately, this individuals skill set has not kept up with the modern work place and was unwilling to learn new things that could help them at not just this job, but any workplace. I have read the Bible and follow most of its basic tenants including the Golden Rule. I suggest this individual re-read and take their own advice. I truly wish this individual nothing but the best in the future. Take care.
