      Mandatory one hour lunch break

      Cons

      I worked as in-house counsel for Pennmark. I was fired by email after 6 months, while taking a sick day, without advance notice or an explanation. I had to take the Company to court and get a judgment against them for my final paycheck. They still have not paid.

      Pros

      Growing aggressive company with far reaching properties. CFO is a pleasure to work with. Tough but fair. Encourages independent thinking and welcomes good ideas.

      Cons

      Like any aggressive firm requires hard work and long hours.
