      Growing aggressive company with far reaching properties. CFO is a pleasure to work with. Tough but fair. Encourages independent thinking and welcomes good ideas.

      Cons

      Like any aggressive firm requires hard work and long hours.

      Learned a ton about real estate, shaped me into what I am today. Learned how to deal with challenging people Learned "art of the deal"

      Sometimes the challenging people are in the your company Lots of on the job training - some people may think this is bad, some may think it's good, I'm on the fence
