Pros
Mr. Penske is all about keeping turnover low and keeping his dealerships looking great. He's not afraid to spend money to make money. He is constantly upgrading. They have a quarterly meeting with all the staff so they can talk to upper management about what is going on in the company and areas that need improvement. And they actually listen and make changes as needed. Also have a yearly anonymous questionnaire that all employees fill out about their opinion of their workplace. They are big on cross training and promoting from within. Great pay.
Cons
Not allowed to have personal items at your desk. Dress code is strict even on casual Fridays. Hours are not flexible.
