      Pros

      Stability of the company , All stores are updated and have the best technology to your job. You can grow however they will not pay.

      Cons

      Money means more than people. They are a public company and their stock holding and the bottom line is more important than keeping that people who got them there. They have a unscrupulous way of trying to put a cap on everyone's salary no matter what job description you have. If you work hard and exceed the budget then the following year they will cut your pay. Not ethical.

      Pros

      For the car business the hours are pretty good and the people overall are nice people.

      Cons

      The pay is awful, micro-managers, all chiefs and no Indians, they expect the would from you while paying you minimum wage, they stripped all the commissions and pay flats 50-100 dollars for selling cars that cost over 40k on average. Not a place you can make a stable and comfortable living.
