      Slave Labor

      Pros

      Your around nice cars. Other than that it was nice you didn't get whipped and only felt like a slave.

      Cons

      12 hour days after being told 10 hour days. Wages were changes within a week after agreeing on a previous number. They keep you in the dark about specifics of the job like commission only. I wouldn't advise antone to work there.

      Pros

      For management the benefits are lucrative with good stock options.

      Cons

      Zero upward mobility on a dealership basis. Very low pay and under appreciation for the people that help their dealerships run smoothly and are loyal to their work.

      Pros

      Excellent team in Round Rock! Some of the best Managers I've worked with. Felt like part of a community at the store level. They provide all the training necessary to succeed. Plenty of rewards/incentives for a job well done. Great overall experience and a wonderful team to be part of.

      Cons

      Outside of sales, there's not much room for growth or development. If you're interested in automotive sales, it's a great place to be.
