      Pros

      Ability to make good money, but hours are long, majority of management is poor as well as majority of employees tend to be lazy.

      Cons

      Executive V.P. micro-manages region and doesn't allow for competent management but ones that say "yes" and don't contradict him. No leadership ability from managers at all - they're just watching-out for themselves.

      Great group of people that appear to care about all employees.

      There is no balance of work and life. You end up living there.

      Pros

      Their payplans seem very fair and reasonable. Also since it's not a "Ma and pop" dealer group, your name doesn't have to be on the building to have the ability to be General Manager.

      Cons

      I am in auto sales, so the biggest downside would be the hours, but that is just part of the business.
