flexible in hours, flexible with work in supervision

Cons

extremely demanding. Trust is sometimes a one way street, where manager expects his word on feelings of employee be gospel. Manager's response to compliance with demands can be harsh.

This is my first big girl job and I love it. I feel secure within my role, have much support from upper management, the starting pay is great, opportunity for growth and career development, great employee benefits for full time and some good ones for part time as well.

Cons

Little to no healthcare benefits for part time workers Takes a while ( almost 3 months) to feel secure in the role Pay could be a bit better but is still very decent
