      .Decent pay .Opportunity to advance .Good management

      Cons

      .No work-life balance .Zero culture or attempt at a positive working environment .Employees will be asked to move around to fill in for those who quit (high turnover for those who haven't been there for 10 plus years)

      Good co workers, pay is ok, truly hire from within.

      Cons

      Well... Be prepared to be pushed to your limit every single day. Company is driven by numbers, better utilization for the sake of upper management goals. Less units = more logistics while juggling daily tasks and endless new "reports" and trying to fulfill same demand with less resources.
