Pros
Paychecks are weekly, job overall is very easy and straightforward. After a couple months the company will pay for you to travel to the corporate office in Pennsylvania which is by far the most exciting opportunity you will have with this job.
Cons
Management only cares about themselves, will throw employees under the bus to save their own backs. Zero opportunity to grow with company unless you are willing to relocate and you will be mislead in the interview process about hours you will work. Will work overtime if short staffed or if another employee has vacation, also will work weekends and will take turns being on call at night.
