      Paycheck at the least. Don't expect more

      Not for the employee, mainly worried about their client more than the employee who keeps the place going. A lot of Nico management! Very sad.

      Took the position inorder to move to Texas. You do get the discount on trucks. hiring process was pretty straightforward.

      Cons

      Lots of outdoor work, which is tough in Texas. Be ready to work with rough professional truckers.
