I have really enjoyed working with Penske Automotive Group over the last 2 months. The community created in each dealership is very warm and welcoming. The management team does a great job of meeting my needs. I've been given such confidence in my ability to do this job by my coworkers. I've enjoyed meeting customers and learning about the automotive industry.

Cons

In the two months of working for Penske Automotives I've only been meet with kindness and respect. I do not have any cons at the moment with this company or my peers.
