Pros
Pay is good, but not great. You are off on weekends and there is two weeks of vacation built into the yearly schedule. I like most of the people that I work with.
Cons
I became a truck driver because I like the freedom, the slower pace, and being my own boss. Being a shunt driver at TMMI you will be constantly rushed and micro managed. Their training leaves a lot to be desired.
