      Pros

      Decent benefits, it was a pleasant work environment and I got to work with great people in an interesting industry.

      Cons

      Penske contracts to larger companies and if they lose their contract you lose your job. The management was somewhat hands off and I believe if there had been a bit more of a local presence we would have maintained the relationship better
