      Pros

      Great training programs to help you succeed. Lower starting salary, but generous benefits and profit sharing.

      Cons

      Renting trucks can get monotonous. Had trouble hiring competent people, which isn't a negative on Penske, but more the people applying.

      Steady Job with a respected company Penske Looks Good on a resume Growth in certain accounts discounts on moving trucks some of the my Co workers were the best I ever met

      Management does not value employees will work them till they are burnt out and then ask why Lower average pay in the industry poor customer service
