Positive work environment, great work schedule, great commute from my home and allowed me the opportunity to have a good work/life balance.

Cons

Did not pay much, there was not great opportunity for growth, it was a desk job that got boring at times. Seemed like time would drag.

Some employes are difficult to get along with, but in the long run it is not who you are working with. I think a person work ethic is what matters.

Very Challeging fast paced. Good company to learn ground up from.

Cons

Very Challeging fast paced. Too much emphasis on foolish statistics, little room to focus on business matters. Upper management overly concerned with non value added Dubious Risk Management statistics. Many Many examples where the admin tail wags the dog.
