      Pros

      Provide you with current and up to date technology, a very clear environment to work in. People for the most part are friendly and for the most part a positive atmosphere.

      Hard to get recognized for hard work put it.

      Pros

      Most existing sales staff are well experienced veterans with ten or more years of experience. Technicians and management are also well experienced and the team work between departments is refreshing.

      Cons

      Management is unforgiving toward prospective employees with little or no experience. As with all other vehicle sales jobs every salesperson must maintain a rather tough quota to retain employment.

      Great training and leadership support for you to advance. They expect you to perform you job with the companies interest in mind, and give you the tools to do this seamlessly.

      Cons

      Its logistics, contracts come and go, and when they go if your not interested in relocating to another state your out.
