      Dumb managers lie and are clueless,All they care about is how things look on paper,lie,paper pm's,dont fix the problem,cover it up !! If Rodger Penske knew what was happening in Buffalo/Rochester he would have a heart attack!!--They cover up problems and make things look good on the computer to fool upper management

      Some employes are difficult to get along with, but in the long run it is not who you are working with. I think a person work ethic is what matters.
