Pros

Penske Logistics has competitive pay, good benefits and an overall relaxed work atmosphere. I would recommend this as a great place to start a career.

Cons

While Penske as a whole is a big company, Logistics is smaller and does not have much chance to climb the ladder quickly.

Penske has great name recognition, it's nice to say you work for a Fortune 500 company. Top class facilities.

Cons

Unfair/incompetent middle management that try to take advantage of their sales people buy promising things they can not deliver on.
