      Good co workers, pay is ok, truly hire from within.

      Cons

      Well... Be prepared to be pushed to your limit every single day. Company is driven by numbers, better utilization for the sake of upper management goals. Less units = more logistics while juggling daily tasks and endless new "reports" and trying to fulfill same demand with less resources.

      Management is terrible. Basically a sink or swim environment because there isn't an effective training program.
