      Pros

      Good learning experience, friendly team environment, open atmosphere, they do what's best for the customer, great resume builder, automotive field experience

      Cons

      They promote strictly based on seniority, the performance reviews are horrble, the tend to babysit employees, no bonus or incentives, no room for growth.

      Pros

      The company really tries to work together as a group and they often hold trainings with people from different parts of the company. They have a pleasant corporate culture and have hire great people.

      Cons

      There are not many downsides except that benefits don't start until you have worked at least 6 months even if you work full time.

      Good compensation. Good benefits. If you are willing to move you can keep long term employment.

      Cons

      If you are family of upper management you have it made. Not much diversity at the top. Some HR managers were recruited from the gestapo.
