Management needs to have better plans for the future and not do everything on the fly Under paid and over worked. Mentor every employee at every level. The feeling you get from your managers is that you’re just a number. Unreasonable work expectations. Not loyal to hard working employees Terrible management, when people come to you with problems and all you ever say is "figure it out".
