Entry level for Dearborn location is horrible. Petty write ups. No real training employees will be training you . Messy manager. Instead of having a coaching opportunity when you do wrong they will write you up. Show a lot of favoritism towards certain employees. You can wrote up for a mistake you made on a load and get wrote up, someone else can make the same mistake and won’t get wrote up. Some managers will email other managers forcing them to write you up if it’s a error on a load. You can forget to clock in and a manager will mention you can will get wrote up yet clock another employee in when they forget.

Pros Be there 30 min prior to shift hard to get a rider.
