      Good work, fast paced, not micromanaged, safe, provided with good resources

      Cons

      Not very family friendly for advancement into the technician field, first have to work nights with younger guys whom of which mostly do not have multiple children and have just started their marriages, harder to do for anybody married 4+ years with multiple children. Cant help with the kids at night if you are at work on the second shift to go home to sleep at midnight.
