The schedule is great, my shift only works 3 days a week and we get compensated an bonus 4 hours as long as we work our 12s and a shift differential for working weekends.

Cons

Management does not ever back their employees, if you end up in a dispute with the company they will always tell you that you are wrong and you need to tow the line. They routinely claim to value safety in and out of work but will give you a point if you don't drive to work because of snow or flooding. They took all my pto to cover surgery that I purposely scheduled during the slow season for their convenience. Now they are changing the terms of my contract with no notice and no negotiation.
