      Pros

      Good compensation. Good benefits. If you are willing to move you can keep long term employment.

      Cons

      If you are family of upper management you have it made. Not much diversity at the top. Some HR managers were recruited from the gestapo.

      Pros

      You get to work with the latest technology available to the market today. It is a fast paced business and some are not able to keep up. Penske pays well.

      Cons

      1. No respect for ones time outside of the office. 2. Leadership acts more as a warden than a manager 3. No real opportunities for career growth 4. Internal training is lacking

      It's a good company to work for. Most of the time you will need to be mobile for promotions. The benefits are good compared to other transportation companies.

      Cons

      Most of the time you will need to be mobile for promotions. The company is constantly changing computer systems. Upper management doesn't seem to care how many hours it takes to get the job done, as long as they get the results they want.
