Stable work. Typical benefits of large company

Obvious problems at ground level go on for years while the people who can solve the problem either can't, won't or are promoted through their position so fast they don't have time to solve the problem

The only thing I liked about the place is some of the co-workers and benefits are not bad.

Cons

Typical day is trying to listen to 2 managers that don't know what they are doing half the time because they don't communicate. One says to do this, one says to do that. You can't advance in this company unless you know people, or do a lot of brown nosing. ZERO support from management. Total dog eat dog world, mgmt pretends to have your back and support your career but does nothing about it...just strings you along. None of the employees liked coming to work nor did the managers. There was a lack of management and disconnect with the workers. I did find a new place that has BETTER benefits and they actually care about their employees. I finally realized after all these years you are just a # with Penske!
