      They provide great benefits and a safe, fair environment. Great corporate experience.

      Cons

      Could be paid more. To be fair, labor cost is paid through a customer company. Raises aren't directly their responsibility.

      Pros

      Penske Cares about their employees. Management works with associates to grow and over come challenges. Benefits are available for all health aspects and cost to employees are affordable. Long term employment is the culture and many employees have long term tenure. Overall a great place!

      Cons

      Typical hiring prices is a little longer than most. However, it’s worth the time.
