Pros

This is my first big girl job and I love it. I feel secure within my role, have much support from upper management, the starting pay is great, opportunity for growth and career development, great employee benefits for full time and some good ones for part time as well.

Cons

Little to no healthcare benefits for part time workers Takes a while ( almost 3 months) to feel secure in the role Pay could be a bit better but is still very decent

Beware of this company

Pros

there are few pros about this company, but the few I could come up with are the following. Easy to get promoted, provide relocation money, can get to over 6 figures quickly, essential business, and company vehicles after first promotion.

Cons

I could write a novel about the cons of this company. The company is run out of fear, I was a high performer for almost 10 years never once was issued a corrective counseling based off my work performance, yet I was in fear for my job every single day. You are expected to work at minimum 55 hours a week as a manager, plus weekends in the summer. You quickly get to six figures, but you are stuck at that current rate forever. If you are not willing to move they will quickly threaten your job until you either move or are forced to quit. They do not care about there employees, when I resigned about 10 years of service I did not receive one call thanking me for my service, asking where I was going, etc. It is a 1960's boys club, if they like you are golden. Must do brown nosing though, go watch them race, ask them to hunt, etc. They preach about hiring top talent, but the starting pay is terrible for how much work is expected. The company has monthly calls regarding records breaking profits yet pay has remained the same from 6 years ago, but to make the same you are not expected to bring it 100 times more revenue then before.
