Understaffed- hard to get time off no variability- need to have invest time in rotation of jobs to reduce boredom high employee turnover rate due to poor training program

Penske bought our company and took away some key benefits. Seven layers of management in our facility.

Very good people. Health care and cash balance plan.

Cons

Very poor growth opportunity. Appraisals are always biased , ambiguous and fixed by senior leadership. Bonuses are joke (1-2% max).
